An Open Dialogue on Leadership and Organizational Development
I absolutely love this idea! And truly believe more companies need to do something like this. A company is only as successful as the people who they hire are. If you have one who makes the minimum effort, and are just "there"...it will reflect. And it will eliminate a lot of unemployment and such, as I believe less people will be laid off. But it must be done correctly to begin with.
Hmmm, I know this could've been very useful with some of the agencies I worked for (caregiver/MA), but they just seem to want to get bodies into the facilities and not care too much about how much more successful they'd be if they got the RIGHT workers, instead of just anyone.
As an HR manager, it is hard to take the time to do a thorough check on each and every candidate for whatever position posted. And working with a firm such as this is highly suggested. They get you exactly the people you want, with all the appropriate qualifications. And since we've used them, none of our hires that have been hired since have been any that we've let go. The right people DO make a successful company. And the work environment is better for it.
We are actually looking to hire quite a few more people in the next month. And the success of the company does depend on hiring the right people for the right jobs. We will be getting in touch with you all in the next couple of days. Thanks for sharing this video.
We have worked with temp services before, to get the "right" sort of people into the office. So, you all screen potential employees for us, correct? Are they employees of yours? Or do you just do the prescreen process for the companies? Would definitely like to know more, as we are expanding our company in the next few weeks.
We recruit and screen permanent hires who become employees of our clients. We also provide contract CFOs on an outsourced and/or project basis. http://www.klgconsultants.com/virtual_board
